I love how adorable those jean skirts turned out. I had once seen a link for how to do it online and think it’s a perfect idea for my skirt lovin’ girl (if it wasn’t for thick cotton tights she wouldn’t be able to do it in this cold AK weather). But $12 is totally worth buying instead of making when it looks that cute!
